The survey is not just about getting feedback, it is also to:

  • Measure and track Lightstone Auto’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) – the global standard in measuring and benchmarking customer experience.
  • Identify and improve processes and possible ineff iciencies.
  • Understand your needs to enable a better overall service.

The survey is quick and easy to complete (it will take less than 5 minutes), and we encourage you to participate and share your feedback.
