Latest House Price Index

National year-on-year house price inflation for April was 3.16%. KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape remained stable, while Limpopo and Mpumalanga experienced an increase. Conversely, the Eastern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, North West, and the Northern Cape all decreased. Notably, properties in the Low Value segment continue to display significantly higher annual property inflation at 9.1% compared to the Mid Value segment's 3.6%.
