In this edition, Estate living in Mbombela and Sectional Title and Estate properties find favour on KZN North Coast, confirms a steady growth in preference, since 1994, for Sectional Title and Estate living. A sense of community, safety and the benefits of “lock up and go” living are the main reasons behind the shift in preference.
